Our most difficult emotions are often seen as something to push away or avoid.

Yet through the life of Jesus, we are shown a way of bringing all of our emotions and thoughts to God. Knowing we are safe and cared for and also that all of our experience as human beings is part of our spiritual journey is empowering.

Jesus shows us his own knowledge of the Psalms and how he both spoke about them and lived his life through them.
