How light affects our mood and circadian cycles - and what can we do about it

It's December: dark, often gloomy during daytime, and cold (at least in my emisphere!). So...are you feeling sleepy, sluggish, depressed, slow or not quite all there, but you are overall well and healthy?

It could be the effect of the lack of exposure to daylight.

In this episode I will share the findings from a university study conducted on rats and a psychatrist's explanation on why daylight is vital for our body and mind to function properly.
