If you’re looking for a literal answer as to “how much weight can I lose per week?”… a healthy pace to strive for is 1 pound per week.
Before you stomp away because that’s not a sexy answer, consider this….
Would you rather it take you an entire year to lose 20 pounds…
Or keep trying to lose the same 20 pounds for the rest of your life.
The faster you lose it, and the less you work for it… the easier and faster it all comes back.
Be patient.
Keep doing the things that make you feel good about yourself, and eventually, you will be exactly where you want to be and wonder how it was really that simple!!
