Erm...this is awkward.

Look we've all left it until the last minute to try get in shape,

But the fact is that 6 weeks, 8 weeks, is NOT a long time to diet.

Why?

Well mainly because 6 weeks is never 6 weeks!

You forget to account for any nights out, social events, illness, trips, work emergency, family emergencies.

These all have an impact and turn 6 weeks of dieting into more like,

4 weeks of dieting and 2 weeks of barely holding things together.

Which never gets a result.
