The world loves winners. They know what they want, they know how to get what they want, and they don’t stop at anything until they get what they wanted. Consciously or subconsciously, we have the tendency to only help the ones we think have the potential to win. Very little wants to exert the extra effort needed to help people who just keep on losing as if they were meant to be losers, forever. What we never realized is the fact that these people, deep within their core, want to experience winning too. They just didn’t have the know-how. A leader with a higher level of consciousness and influence has the ability to see through that and find ways to influence a loser to take a chance on himself. A true leader, after all, is not a leader only to the stronger pack but more so to the weak, so he can build them up.
