• Who am I trying to control—and why?
• What fear lives underneath my need to manage everything?
• What do I believe would happen if I stopped overseeing, fixing, or directing?
• Where did I learn that vigilance equals safety?
• Do I ask for help—but then redo things anyway?
• How does being “the default” affect my ability to rest?
• What might it look like to trust my partner more fully?
• What might it look like to trust God with what I’m gripping so tightly?
• What would change if I believed I don’t have to hold it all alone?

You were never meant to carry everything by yourself.

It is okay to rest.

It is okay to be supported.

It is okay if it doesn’t look the way you would do it.

Let go.
