Sean & Brian tackle the topic of Manny Machado's Contract Could Affect Astros Keeping Bregman Long Term. Machado just signed an 11 year 350 million dollar extension.

Machado has set the market for talented third baseman and is just a little older than our very own Alex Bregman. So does that mean that Astros would have to offer something similar in order to keep Bregman long term? We've seen so far that Crane & the Astros are not a fan of very long contracts.

And we've also heard from GM Dana Brown that he wants Altuve and Bregman to retire Astros, so this Machado contract could complicate things.
