Hello everyone! This podcast episode is all about my experience with my relationship with my emotions. Meditation for me was always a comfortable outlet for allowing me to sit and be at peace with my thoughts. Everything has always seemed pretty fast-paced and I felt very stressed especially leaving middle school and approaching my high school years. Feeling angry has never felt very comfortable with me, especially being in a home where Christianity was our influence. My introduction to Buddhism was so welcoming, and I honestly felt more at home with myself.
