  • an emotional rant + finally growing from narc abuse
Hello. This episode is a bit different, as I talk to you about what’s been going on with me lately. This was really difficult for me to open up about, but I hope you understand that I want to be real with you as a host. I don’t want to give you this false reality that I’m living a perfect life because I’m not. I hope you take something from this episode and understand that the emotion is real and relatable. Thank you for listening.

  • sexual conversations + creative struggles

Hi everyone! On this episode of "A Collaboration of My Emotions," I am lying down and talking to you about releasing your sexual energy and discussing how personal and intimate sex is.

When I did one of my older podcast episodes, I discussed how I was learning to be sexually confident in my sexuality and taking that energy and implementing it into my artwork, my podcasting, and even in how I saw myself. This episode is not only a reflection on that but also a reflection on my sexuality when I hit puberty.

  • how meditation made me confront my anger

Hello everyone! This podcast episode is all about my experience with my relationship with my emotions. Meditation for me was always a comfortable outlet for allowing me to sit and be at peace with my thoughts. Everything has always seemed pretty fast-paced and I felt very stressed especially leaving middle school and approaching my high school years. Feeling angry has never felt very comfortable with me, especially being in a home where Christianity was our influence. My introduction to Buddhism was so welcoming, and I honestly felt more at home with myself.

Buddhism, according to the Oxford Dictionary is a widespread Asian religion or philosophy which was founded by Siddharta Gautama in North-Eastern India in 5 B.C. You can read more on the history of Buddhism by clicking below:
