I want to talk about something that is quietly affecting a lot of nonprofit leaders: Misinformation.

I've seen many organizations struggle, not because the mission wasn't important, but because the leaders were operating from incomplete, outdated, or incorrect information.

They were told:

"Just start a nonprofit and grants will come."

"Passion is enough."

"Programs are the priority."

"Filing paperwork means you're ready."

And over time, those ideas create confusion, frustration, and instability.
