How much alcohol is too much? Experts warn against excessive drinking

More and more people started drinking alcohol at the start of the COVID pandemic, and a lot of them, apparently, didn't stop. A new study from Keck Medicine of USC found heavy alcohol use among Americans rose by 20 percent in 2020 compared to 2018. That level remained elevated in 2022.
