Is Gen Z suffering from their own intelligence? Knowing too much, feeling too much. Are GenZs too self-aware?
There's currently an overwhelmingness of information floating around from Tiktok to Podcasts and Instagram. Do you feel bombarded with information that makes you question certain aspects of your life such as working a 9 to 5, being in relationships, how much money you could be making, life lessons, life goals, trauma, mental health issues, neurodivergence, being black, and so forth? It feels like we simply know too much, which is good knowledge, but access to all this information makes me constantly question my actions, feelings, motives and simply because I would like to be the most optimal version of myself. How much self-improvement is enough self-improvement?
