"Girl dinner" is a TikTok trend that centers around the ideas of how some girls might enjoy eating or combining foods in "interesting" ways that may or may not be nourishing or well presented.

Some creators of this trend lean more towards healthier options, such as (very little) salads, smoothie bowls, fresh fruits, and vegetables, while some have drinks like iced coffee and smoothies.

Regardless of other people's expectations of us, sometimes the things we fear, the worst-case scenarios that are holding us back, aren't always that bad. What if we though and asked ourselves instead, what's the best that could happen?

What what I made for? Do I really have something to prove to myself or other people?
