In 2020, we're often told that to attract new customers, we must "provide value" to people. Often, this suggestion is to give something away for free first.
I agree that offering some kind of value up front is an excellent way to grow your business - but how much should you give away for free?
Ideally, you need to find the happy medium between giving away enough to demonstrate your value and expertise - but not too much so as to de-value your core service.
