The problem wasn’t simply that Defense Minister Wei declared that his country won’t hesitate to go to war over Taiwan. The truth, evidently unacknowledged by either minister, is that China has actually been engaged in “unrestricted warfare” against us for over two decades.

When an enemy makes a point of directly threatening you, it is advisable to prepare for conflict. Unfortunately, Team Biden is, instead, signaling a lack of resolve – and, worse yet, encouraging American investors actually to underwrite the Chinese threat.
