What does it actually mean to change your life? Not the version sold in manifestation courses or vision boards, but the real, lived experience of it.
In this episode, Michael and Audree sit down during a raw physical purification process and trace the full arc: from the earliest steps of noticing how your reactive patterns shape what comes back to you, through the discovery that every desire you hold contains its own block, to the understanding that your internal frequency is what the universe is actually responding to.
