The existence we know as modern society is contrived asf. On the surface things look great as we go about our days, faking it til we make it as they say. But deep down we're all dealing with massive incongruence, or a kind of grating against our natural state of being. We've been disconnected from truly knowing ourselves and stuffed into a one-size-fits-all system that does not have our best interests at heart. In this week's episode I'm sharing my personal experience of breaking free from this myth and how you can do the same thing!
