In this episode we explore a question from a friend and former colleague, Trev Highley. The question points towards the challenge of wanting what is best for others, wanting to give them the freedom to figure stuff out and at the same time weighing up when is the right time to step in with strong opinions & direction. We look at how we can avoid over-thinking these moments and make it much simpler. We also start to untether the snare of our attachments so that we can more easily spot when we are being pulled out of balance such that we can get back to the practice of trusting our inherent wisdom in the moment.
There are also some great personal reflections and stories that highlight what is on offer to us all, all of the time!
