How much do we really understand that sin lurks at our door?

Sin is inherently part of our human nature, tracing all the way back to Adam and Eve in the garden. Scripture tells us that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us, and  what a glorious truth to rejoice in!  Sin, though it can bring fleeting pleasure, actually numbs us from the truth.
