This is the first episode of 2026, and it felt right to start slow. Last year asked a lot of me, and there were moments where it felt more like surviving than living. In this episode, I’m sharing my word for the year and why rest and clarity are at the center of everything for me right now. We talk about slowing down, pouring into yourself, listening instead of forcing, and how the path usually reveals itself as you move.
