This is the last episode of our three-part series on preparing for 2026, and it’s the one that makes everything come together.

In this episode, we’re talking about the part most people skip: habits. Not big dramatic changes, but the small, everyday things that quietly support your goals and help you actually show up for the life you want.

I’m sharing simple habit ideas, how to make your goals feel less overwhelming, and why small actions done consistently matter more than motivation or willpower. We’ll also slow things down with a short visualization to help you step into the version of yourself who’s already living what she’s been talking about.
