I am SO PUMPED to have the owner of Healthy Soil Compost, Jonathan Scheffel, on today's episode! If you haven't heard of them, Healthy Soil is a hybrid solution to healthy waste for residents and business to start composting. Jonathan is a true expert and has a clear passion for transforming waste into something good - as he calls it "energy transformation."
