Tanaz Choudhury, CEO and President of Houston, TX - based IT solution provider TanChes Global Management, joins Channel Insider: Partner POV host Katie Bavoso to explain how and why she's investing in the next generation of IT business professionals. Choudhury is a first generation American and says she was able to make the American Dream "her reality." Now, she wants to pay it forward by supporting local community college students and help them realize their own dreams. TanChes has teamed up with Houston Community College and Gulf Coast Region Apprenticeship Hub to create an apprenticeship program that will serve as a workforce ready pipeline for the City of Houston and greater community. The CEO also digs into what she feels is not being talked about or explored enough in the world of IT and technology and explains how she and TanChes are disrupting this status quo. Plus, Choudhury talks about how TanChes is helping young professionals dress confidently for job interviews and why red lipstick is her "war paint."
