The athlete is resilient. It is built into his or her mind that a loss is not reason to be sad for too long. It should not affect the state of a person's happiness. 

Similarly, temporary failures in life should not be viewed as a setback because of the wealth of excellence flowing through your and your habits. 

Work is the basis of thriving and surviving when needed.
