There is a spotlight owned by the news media and organizations with real resources, that picks and chooses where to shine this light and for how long. They have benefited from painting things in a particular light.
Racism, is it a Dragon or a Mosquito? And, does it really matter to a powerful being or group? if so how much?
Anyone claiming racism has affected their lives negatively have little faith in his own race, the human race, and themselves. I have been injured many times playing the sport I love, I have had my heart broken and incinerated, pero, I blame not the sport or the whole of womankind.. I say "ugh!!, a bitter one this!"
"Racism", like other words and buzz words and scare words, are vague, and are common camels for common people to hang their sorrow upon. Repeated and demonstrated with a well curated video of a shooting from your trusted polices' body-cams, and history upon history of slavery etc..
But ultimately, mind the overkill, watch the watch-words, and take sides like the rain takes sides, take sides like the sun takes sides, and when needed, take sides like the Earthquake takes sides and destroy any confusion about power.
