Today we are going to talk about why I would be the most unlikely person to be sitting here sharing and selling hope. In an ideal world, you could call me a "hope dealer" because my whole mission in life is to really ease the pathway for others who come behind me. And the reason I'm so passionate about this subject is really because mine was so difficult. 

I'm also going to be talking about understanding how our brain works, how we decode information, and how we make meaning of our world.
