Body image is such a difficult thing for so many of us including myself.

The way the media can make you feel you need to look a certain way in both appearance and how you act is so much pressure!

It is impossible to be perfect… And what is perfect anyway?

I’d like to believe as humans we are just beautiful. It is that simple.

I think it’s healthy to call the media out in this manner to help you better love who you are.
