It wasn't so much the chip, but rather the beer Darin Deilkes grabbed after eating the chip that got him in trouble. Video of the act in a Florida bar made its way to Darin's parole officer. Darin's not supposed to even be in a bar, much less drink any alcohol. The violation of his probation requirements got him (re)arrested last week.
