On a scale of 1 to 10, how tired are you?


Not physically tired. That specific kind of tired where nothing is technically wrong and you're still running on empty. Where you've done everything right - the melatonin, the magnesium, the no screens, the consistent wake time - and you still wake up feeling like you've been slightly run over.


Turns out, there are seven types of rest. Sleep is one. The other six are why so many of us are still exhausted despite doing everything right.


This Sunday (8 March, 3-5pm GMT), Dulcie is running the Rest Day: a free, two-hour virtual pilot where we actually experience four of those seven types - not talk about them, be in them - and leave knowing which one is your specific deficit and one thing to do about it.
