In this episode we have the pleasure of interviewing James Bates on the show, and James is the CEO of Advinow Medical. 

James is an accomplished CEO, entrepreneur, and board member who has led successfully executed high-growth plans for a number of technology companies. Again, James is presently the Chairman, CEO and Founder of AdviNow Medical (ANM), the world’s first Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Augmented Reality (AR) driven automated medical visit system. 

ANM leads the world in the medical automation sector. Previously, James led the turnaround of a $1 Billion revenue group at Freescale/NXP to record gross operating margins and technology leadership where as an officer, he gained extensive experience with both public and private equity ownership structures. James is fluent in Japanese, active with The National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD), and is available for select Board of Directors engagements.

James’ company is positioned to absolutely revolutionize the medical practice industry.  James talks about how, using AI, automation and technology, he is able to increase net profits of a company from 3% up to as much as 30%.  For those not in medical there are some real lessons here as well because there is so much money lost in internal operations.

James also hits on some of the key reasons for his success, revolving around the creation of a meaningful vision and goals, and surrounding himself with people that are equally passionate about the vision.
