Hi ladies, it’s me Alicia! I’m here today recording a solo-cast for you to share a few big life updates and honestly just level with you about some of the things I’m going through. As you may know from some of my IG posts, Rene’s dad passed away and this loss has been painful for our family. I’m also in the middle of a move in here in Long Beach. I want to talk to you about what I’ve learned from these challenges about accepting help from friends and family. I also want to talk about gently pushing through grief and depression, being stretched financially and how to show thanks to your support system and pour back in to your community!

Weekly Fav : Rosé. I’m really loving this nice summer wine. What’s your favorite drink this summer?

Confidence Corner : Telling people what I need and accepting help when others give me what I want/need/ask for. This has also given me the chance to embrace abundance in a beautiful way.
