3. Park je veľmi pekne upravený. (The park is very nicely arranged / landscaped.)
4. V parku sa nachádzajú vzácne dreviny z rôznych kontinentov. (The park contains rare trees from different continents.)
5. Na ostrove sú hotely a [liecebne domy] spoločenské stredisko. (There are hotels and [spa houses] a social center on the island.)
6. Ostrov má aj termálne kúpalisko. (The island also has a thermal swimming pool.)
7. Na ostrove možno aj športovať. (You can also play sports on the island.)
8.  Ostrov má golfové ihrisko, tenisové kurty a ihrisko na plážový volejbal. (The island has a golf course, tennis courts and a beach volleyball court.)
9. Ostrov ma aj sochy, fontány a Zoo s pávmi. (The island also has statues, fountains and a Zoo with peacocks.)
