If you want to achieve a worthy goal, you’ll probably won’t reach it all by yourself. So you need a team. And if you want to create anything significant, you need to assemble a creative team. So...how do you do that? In short: variety in people, expertises, and perspectives. But of course, there’s more to it. Where creativity flourishes, ideas and solutions for pressing issues and fun things arise. If you’d define creativity, it’s probably something along the lines of: Making connections and creating associations between different things, thinking of solutions for an issue, and merging and transforming your findings into a new context and improving on what you come up with.

This is in many cases a process you can do by yourself, if you are blessed with a healthy level of resourcefulness. But working together and switching perspectives usually works wonders if you’re facing a creative challenge that needs a solution for more people than just yourself.
