Welcome back to part 2 of reflections on well-being, doing & thinking. I wanted to follow on from the theme of changing our attitude, our approach, and our mindset to well-being, thinking and doing, so that we can ultimately change the world. In this episode I ask more questions aimed at getting you to drive forward, new ways of being, innovating, curating, connecting, and communicating. We must lead differently, we must be different, and especially in these times, which are calling for us to be adaptive. These questions are designed to help you to start thinking about how you can handle change with confidence.

Today, I wanted to lean into all things stress and anxiety. Why? Well, I often hear a lot from my clients that stress is something that has been creeping up to crazy levels over the course of this year. So, because of this I wanted to discuss what we can start to do to notice what we do with stress, and with ourselves when it builds up. Also, how we can support others, either personally or professionally, who are going through varying degrees of stress and how they're exhibiting that stress too.

His other book, Rest, is about why you get more done when you work less. In this episode I talk about navigating transitions. How do we navigate this transition now, as, especially in the UK, things are starting to open up, and people are moving from maybe working fully remotely to being part in the office? This is coming with a mixture of anxiety, or maybe a bit of excitement about seeing co-workers again. it's important for us to think about how this pandemic has had wide reaching and lasting transformations into how we think about work. Today I look at how we can start to empower our people to make better decisions for themselves, as well as the managers to step into a place of leading more effectively and drawing out the best in their people.
