Episode 126: How to be a more authentic person

Being authentic is a hot issue with millennials.  Be more authentic, don't hide behind someone you're not.  But the question is where is the line and is it always helpful to the community to be your true self?     Some introverts find that being authentic is tough because it causes friction from the extraverts in their life. Others feel that they have to hide behind a shield from fear that others will see the truth inside.  Either way there's scenarios in life where we should strive to be more authentic and honest, and times when we should keep from defining ourselves too much.
