Before I went on break we were talking a lot about the importance of consistency, so for this week I thought we'd take a closer look at exactly how to be consistent so you can build success habits and achieve your business goals.

I'll run through a short maths exercise to show you how to break a realistic 3 month sales target into a bite size daily activity that is completely feasible to achieve.
