In this podcast I talk about how health is wealth and give some notions to what we can do to make us stay healthy as long as possible. The first is to eat half. When you conserve, you’re able to have more for another day and you avoid the risk of overeating. The next is to walk double what you would have normally walked. walking helps to keep the body active and moving around. Like it says in physics, an object in motion stays in motion. The third is to laugh triple. Laughter is our way of acceptance of things that we cannot control. When we laugh at the situation, we take away the heartache of inconsistencies. Today I wanna encourage you to look at the end and what the it is able to do. Pay attention to what it’s doing and how it's doing what its doing. The ant itself is very powerful. it can lift up at least three times it’s body weight and creates an entire ecosystem that keeps a chain of events running continuously. The aunt has the ability to decompose all different sorts of items. The end is almost like an insect dump truck. If you want to build a massive audience there are a few things that you might want to keep in mind when it comes to building the right type of people around you. First suggestion is you might want to become either, a charismatic leader or an attractive person (or at least believe to be), or become an expert at whatever your niche is on. If you are just starting out, I would suggest going into either health, wealth, or relationships as they are the biggest niches that bring the most wealth. make sure you zero in on the exact type of person you would like to attract. please see “the dot” podcast for more information on this topic.
