How do we get out of our own heads and stop thinking about ourselves, but accepting life in a new light that is both forgiving and understanding? Respected in a way. Can you respect the bad things that happen in a sense that is grounded. In a way that can be connected to the universe in what is meant for us. How do we start to understand these types of emotions enough to be a peace. That is when acceptance meets the ability to move forward. Today was the first day in a long time I stuck to a routine and I am going to continue to do my best now and not sulk in what is going wrong, but what is going right.
