Toby is the founder and CEO of the Harrington Starr Group. Harrington Starr was launched in 2010 and focuses on the Financial Technology sector with offices in London and New York. The Group also owns The North Starr, a specialist Technology Sales talent acquisition business. He hosts the Fintech Focus podcast and Fintech Focus TV, edits the Financial Technologist Magazine and is the Chairman of the Fintech Influencers networking community.  He had been in the recruitment industry for 21 years having spent the first 10 in leadership roles for 2 listed recruitment groups. He has been named Agency Leader of the Year and the Entrepreneur of the Year by Recruiter Magazine.
