• Be ready to change and alter plans

Foundation is everything

• first jobs (Selling candy, tour guide, Champs sports) 
• getting the much needed reps city of Campbell 
• Reffing HS   
• Started coaching HS  

Patience  

• Start showing your value - Trainer
• Build a name  - get more kids 
• Time to spread 

Baby Steps 

• Start small - 1-2 2-4...
• Build a team - friends / family 
• Stick to what you’re good at 
• Do what you need to do you can do what you eventually want to 
• Provide the best product. Don’t chase the $
