Inez Jordan is an Emotional Intelligence “Practitioner”. She is Executive Project Manager for a large International IT company in the Software Mergers and Acquisition division. She has worked in the software development and project management field for over 30 years as both an internal and external consultant and engagement manager.

Inez works directly with Integration Executives and Multi-Function Program and Project Managers to successfully integrate acquired company employees, systems, and assets. Inez is an experienced facilitator, trainer, and certified Instructional Designer for the development of e-learning courses.

Inez thrives to convert the theory of Emotional Intelligence into practice within her personal and professional life. Inez is a member of the Society of Emotional Intelligence (SoEI) Network Group and is working with the SoEI founder and other Chapter Chairpersons to establish a Chicago-land Chapter.
