The front shuffle is a basic front facing footwork technique that can be used to rock a beat or initiate a direction change
Tips for mastering the Front Shuffle:
-Think of your hands having 2 separate buttons and your feet having 2 separate buttons
-You will leave one of your feet buttons to place on the other foot button
-Think of your legs kicking front, side, front
-To make the side kick more comfortable, lean your entire body weight onto one side
-Make sure to come back to a neural position when your feet return to both buttons
-Keep your shoulder and hand in line to create the best leverage to carry your weight
-For the purposes of this video focus on the front kick hitting the “whole" counts and every other step is an “and” count
-Switch your arm and kick your foot at the same time to transition from side to side faster
