Kickouts are a basic footwork technique that can be used to rock a beat or initiate a direction change
Tips for mastering Kickouts:
Split your legs down the center of your body
Keep your hips level vs. dropping them when your legs go out
Lean towards the arm that is down to help support your body
Keep your shoulder and hand in one line for the best leverage
There are many variations of sickouts so practice creating different pictures with your legs
