In this beginner’s breakdance Freeze tutorial you will learn a basic freeze called the Reverse Baby freeze and 3 common mistakes to avoid while training your Reverse Baby freeze

Tips for mastering the Reverse Baby Freeze:
-There are 3 points of contact: head, stabbing hand, and opposite hand
-[For Left Stab Hand] Start with left leg up and right knee down, place opposite arm on outside of left leg and stab hand on left hip/side
-Try your best to connect your tricep of the opposite hand to your quad vs. connecting elbow to knee
-Make sure there is contact between your stabbing arm and your hip/side
-Your arms will be like the middle of a teeter totter
-Use your upper body to tilt towards your head vs. jumping off the ground with your feet
