The W is a basic get down used to transition from a Toprock step to a Footwork step
Tips for mastering the W:
-Think of pushing your hips forward or dropping your knees closer to the ground to create the “W” shape
-Make sure your shoulder and hand are in one straight line for the best leverage to hold your body weight
-Hinge from your hips vs. squatting down to the “W” to use less leg strength
-Keep your center of gravity over your toes when dropping into the “W”
