Hit Refresh and Restart!

1. Acknowledge

2. Pray

3. Get Accountability 

4. Get Pumped

5. Check your list To-DO!

6. Rock in the River: Pick 1 task to accomplish…just one and START there! 

7. Set a timer/timeline so that it doesn’t drag out

8. Hire an expert: Invest in a laser coaching session w/ a Life Coach or Business Coach  to get you back on track! 

9. Make sure your eating and drinking water: Fatigue and dehydration; low sugar can be a culprit 

10. Check in with your feelings?

11. Are they real or fake

12. Where’s this feeling coming from?

13. Is the Lord speaking or is this just a low point?

14. Tap into your Who; What; When; Where; How and Why!

15. Have FUN! 

16. Put on some music

17. Put on some kooky socks

18. Get dressed: Wake and slay! 

19. Check in with your accountability partner/Coach to confirm that you met your goal

20. AND GO!
