We discuss a No list and why its great bringing a no list into your life e.g not checking the phone at night can be something that goes on your no list.

We also discuss getting other areas of your life that you can consider to bring in self care into your life.

We discuss other activites that you can do as a result of the pandemic as we cannot meet with friends which is part of self care to and ways that you can potential get similar contact although we are aware a number of people do not like to access some technology.
