382: What to look for in a CEO

A great employee in the US is going to cost you $60-200K. But not everyone needs that when you get started. Here’s how entrepreneurs should hire in 2024. Start with a low cost, low risk hire in LATAM or the Philippines who can do great work for you for 50-90% less than US equivalents.
