I am so grateful to have gone from Atheist to a close personal relationship with Jesus about 22 years ago.

I want to share with you a skill God has developed in me over the years.

The power of BELIEF that fuels resilience, tenacity and grit to keep pressing forward no matter what the challenge might be..

I am grateful that by God's work in and through me;

👉 I went from counting dollars for groceries to building a 6 figure career as a single mom (23 years ago)

👉 I felt the fear and chose courage when I left the comfort of that paycheck to follow God's lead to equip and empower women for their own transformations (13 years ago)

👉 I went from starting a bootcamp at a park to starting and growing a brick and mortar fitness business that helped thousands of people and grossed multiple six figures (10 ish years ago)

👉 Let go of that incredible community and the business attached with brick and mortar so that I could again follow God's lead to work exclusively with Christian women entrepreneurs online so that my coaching and transformation programs could be unapologetically rooted in His word knowing that His word is the best foundation for becoming fiercely fit in mind, body and spirit

I'm not sharing to "impress you but impress upon you" (Les Brown )..

That I too experiencing moments of fear, doubt, anxiety, big personal losses, "failures" and even professional betrayals... this is part of life sis...

HOWEVER, the rewards are far greater and God has proven to be faithful, proven He gives back 10 fold over and over again.

AND also, we get to be active participants in what He wants to be able to do in and through us and our ability to cultivate our unique purpose.

Therefore, HOW we respond to those feelings, the moments of uncertainty, the unexpected and the storms does directly impact your results.
