Most of us think action has to be a giant, terrifying jump. But sometimes, the best way to manifest your goals is to take small, low-consequence steps that align your energy and build the momentum you need to finally take flight.

In this episode I’m going to break down what the “No Action Action” is in regards to career, relationships and even moving across the country. It’s amazing how quickly we can begin to gain momentum when we decide to shift energetically first and then take 3D action in alignment.

The Universe doesn’t just drop things in your lap—it requires an energetic exchange. If you aren’t ready for an "Inspired Action," start with a "No Action Action" to get the gears turning.
